This position is responsible for the daily coordination and deployment of staffing resources to departments across Cox Health System, facilitation of patient throughput, and implementation of operational plan surrounding scope of care or service in relation to the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The role addresses system issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care and provides oversight and management of operational, regulatory, and business processes across nursing services. Excellent communication skills, leadership ability, time management, and problem solving skills are required.
