About The Position

The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor role also will be supervising staff, coordinating activities, addressing issues as they arise, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Graduate from a school of nursing
• Three years of hospital nursing experience
• Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certifications before beginning first shift

• Five years of hospital nursing experience
