As a House Person / Lobby Attendant, you'll help maintain our public areas and support the housekeeping team, ensuring that the details behind the scenes reflect the same care as those in the spotlight. What You'll Do Keep our lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public areas clean and inviting. Walk assigned floors, removing trash, linens, and service items. Respond to guest requests with care and assist with deliveries such as rollaways or extra linens. Support room attendants with supplies, linen, and other needs. Safely handle and maintain equipment, carts, and keys. Report maintenance issues, lost items, or hazards promptly. Step in to help clean guest rooms when needed. Maintain a friendly and approachable presence throughout your shift. What We're Looking For No formal experience required—we'll train the right person. A team player with strong communication and guest service skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs, and be on your feet for long periods. Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and following safety procedures.
