Requirements

Responsibilities

• Foster an understanding of living by biblical principles and encourage individual faith in Jesus Christ.
• Model healthy family relationships and actively participate in a local church.
• Conduct daily family devotions with the children.
• Create a safe environment for children to work on their struggles and practice new behaviors.
• Develop relationships with each child, offering individual counseling and support.
• Manage the children in the home, ensuring they feel heard and can express themselves.
• Provide structured time for schoolwork and assist with homework and school projects.
• Teach children the choice/consequence model and hold them accountable for their choices.
• Instruct children on household chores and supervise their completion.
• Prepare and serve nutritionally balanced meals and encourage good table manners.
