We are a warm, down-to-earth, and intentional family of four with two young children (ages 2.5 years and 5 months). We’re relocating to the Saratoga Springs area and are in the midst of a cross-country move. We are excited to find someone who can help us settle into this next chapter. One parent is home full-time with the children while the other works primarily from home, so this role will be a true partnership — someone who can read the rhythm of the day, jump in where needed, and provide both household and family support. Our home is centered around connection, calm routines, and clear, kind boundaries. This role supports the flow of daily life by helping maintain an organized, peaceful environment and creating space for meaningful family time. We value long-term relationships, clear communication, warmth, and intuition, and hope to find someone who feels like a thoughtful extension of our family — someone who understands little ones, enjoys being part of a home environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. This is a wonderful opportunity for a professional who loves both home management and working alongside a thoughtful, engaged family. You are warm, nurturing, and emotionally attuned — someone who brings calm, creativity, and organization to a household with young children. You intuitively know how to balance playful toddler moments with maintaining a tidy, peaceful home. You take initiative, anticipate needs, and find satisfaction in creating an orderly, nourishing environment for a growing family. You’re comfortable collaborating with a stay-at-home parent — stepping in seamlessly when support is needed and tending to the home when they’re enjoying family time. You believe young children are capable and thoughtful, and you enjoy supporting their growth through calm presence, clear boundaries, and respectful, developmentally supportive communication. You’ll thrive here if you’re naturally organized, flexible, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed — from tidying and meal prep to running errands or holding down the fort with two young kids if mom has an appointment or needs time to recharge. We value a grounded presence — someone who can hold clear boundaries with the children while staying warm, communicative, and attuned. Above all, you are dependable, trustworthy, proactive, and excited to grow with a family who deeply values your work.
