About The Position
Provide general support for our CoPA productions throughout the year.
Requirements
- Little to minimal prior experience.
- Ability to learn support process.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Assist performers in hosting event
- Open and close doors of lobby
- Interact with patrons, CoPA students, the CoPA Patron Services Coordinator and CoPA Faculty
- Maintain audience safety standards before, during and after each performance
- Manage venue cleanliness and contacting janitorial team when necessary
- May be required to lift up to 25lbs
- Filling out and submitting end of night House Manger Report
- Manage student usher team performance which includes: Hosting pre-show meeting, taking attendance, distributing assignments and going over any updates
- Ensuring all tickets are scanned properly
- Aiding in managing and escalated patron issues as they pertain to seating
- Emergency preparedness
- Communicating relevant information to the production team and CoPA Patron Services Coordinator
