About The Position
The mission of The Arc Carroll County is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their individual pursuit of a fulfilling life. Our Community Living Department serves individuals who reside in our homes 24/7. The Residential Advisor (RA) works directly with the residents to ensure their well-being and development. The RA provides instruction and guidance to residents in the acquisition of daily living skills and implements the daily management and operation of the home in compliance with state regulations and The Arc policies. The RA Position is a 40-hour work week, the schedule is: Monday: 6a-3p Tuesday: 6a-3p Wednesday: 9a-3p Friday: 9am-3pm Saturday: 9a-4p Total Hours: 37 hours + 3 hours of RA flex time.
