Requirements

Education: High school diploma required.
Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
Skills: Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

2-year degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required.
Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.

Responsibilities

Lead with Purpose: Guide and encourage staff, helping them grow while creating a positive, team-focused culture.
