Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with a focus on safety.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 pounds.
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with safety protocols.
Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily cleaning goals.
Respond to special cleaning requests from clients promptly and professionally.
Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service while on the job.
