The position involves performing all related tasks necessary to ensure that the assigned building or account is cleaned to the standards of ServiceMaster and the customer task list. The role requires adherence to a specific task list and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to follow a task list and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the janitorial closet and equipment.
• Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, managers, and customers.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality cleaning and maintenance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Follow the task list for your assigned building or position and carry out tasks within the allotted time.
• Maintain the janitorial closet clean, neat, and organized.
• Keep equipment clean and supplies organized.
• Obtain and maintain passing scores on janitorial Quality Assurance inspections.
• Communicate regularly with your supervisor and division manager to ensure you have the necessary items to perform your job and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with your customer at your assigned facility as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment by using wet floor signs when mopping, labeling spray bottles and containers, and securing your work area at all times.
• Secure your building or area once you have completed your assigned tasks.
