About The Position

You must report to our office in Kirkwood, Missouri every morning! Once you get here, you use our car while you work! No wear and tear on your vehicle; we provide the insurance; no low mileage reimbursement! We provide all equipment, all cleaning supplies, the car, and the required insurance — everything you need, you get from us! Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. A compensation plan that allows you to control your income. Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $16.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $1000 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE! Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
Need to be able to get to our office in Kirkwood each day!

Responsibilities

Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
Maintain equipment
