You earn 18–21% of the price of each home you clean, depending on your role and responsibilities, with paid training to get you up to speed. In a normal week, this typically works out to about $14–$19 per hour once you’re rolling, although your actual pay depends on the number and type of homes you clean, and you’re paid weekly. You’ll usually work Monday–Friday, around 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We provide a company car and gas card for jobs, and you become eligible for PTO after one year of employment.
