About The Position

Molly Maid provides you with all of the tools to establish a successful career in house cleaning. We also provide you with a car during the work shift, so you do not have to put wear and tear on your own vehicle. You will be provided with all supplies and equipment necessary to do the job and do not have to take on additional tasks besides house cleaning. We do not work nights and weekends aside from the occasional Saturday before major holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas). We also work in teams of two so you are never alone in a customer's home, get through the jobs quicker, and have more breaks throughout the day. This job is also very rewarding if you find satisfaction in helping others. For one reason or another, our clients need our help. On a daily basis, you will help multiple individuals or families by taking care of one of the most important household tasks and creating a safe and sanitary environment for them. Training lasts your first two weeks and is paid at $15 per hour. This is the only time you will be paid a flat hourly wage. Upon completion of training, you will be paid at a task-based pay. Why is task-based pay beneficial? Task-based pay incentives efficiency and productivity. The more productive and efficient you are, the more money you make. Last year, the average take-home pay for our employees was between $17.00 and $23.50 per hour, not including tips. This is calculated from clock-in to clock-out, not just the time spent in homes. Requirements

Must be over the age of 21 because we are only hiring drivers at this point in time.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Must maintain excellent attendance.
Must be hard-working and reliable.
Must have a customer-first attitude.
Must be willing and able to work in homes that have pets.
