Requirements

• At least 1-2 years supervisory experience / at least 1 year in the professional home cleaning industry
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel including training, coaching new employees and current employees on the Molly Maid system of cleaning, and day-to-day performance management
• Ensure successful operations: prepare and review reporting, ensure homes are cleaned as scheduled
• Improve upon current processes to ensure quality, profitability, and future growth
• Detailed oriented and cares about the job being done right
• Ability to learn our professional housecleaning system and Have Fun In The Process!!
