About The Position

Molly Maid of Virginia Beach has been serving Virginia Beach since 1987 and is currently hiring dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers / House Cleaners / Maids for our growing team! Many of our current Housekeepers and Cleaners have been with us over 5 years, some over 10 years, and even several over 20 years. Job security and stability is a huge perk at our location!

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday-Friday until 5pm (sometimes get out early!)
• Valid driver's license and a decent driving record is required
• Willingness to work hard (this is physical work - vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, mopping, etc.)
• Positive customer-oriented attitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior housekeeping / house cleaning is definitely helpful, but not required
• If you have experience as a server or general labor or physical work - this could be a good fit for you!

Responsibilities

• Working with your teammate to clean customer's homes the Molly Maid way
• Communicating with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensuring that all homes are left looking amazing!
