Requirements
- BILINGUAL (English/Spanish) preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver’s License experience. License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed. No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years. No major moving violations within the last 3 years. No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
- PROFESSIONALISM: Positive Teamwork Mindset, great communication skills, and a clean-cut appearance.
- COMPLIANCE: Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record (capable of passing a driving test), and be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to walk, stand, and run for an 8-hour shift.
- Tolerance for inclement weather.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for short periods of time.
- Ability to push a wheelchair with a guest in it.
- Minimum 3 years of continuous valid Driver's License experience (no suspensions or gaps)
- Proven history of professional driving and customer service (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of the Gold Coast area—must navigate without GPS
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report: No major moving violations in the last 3 years No drug/alcohol-related offenses in the last 3 years No more than 2 minor moving violations in 3 years
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Fluent in English; articulate and well-spoken
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Positive, team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
