The House Person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public hotel areas according to established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. This role involves greeting and acknowledging guests, inspecting assigned areas, performing cleaning tasks, collecting and disposing of trash, vacuuming and dusting corridors, handling linen, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest areas. The House Person is also expected to respond to guest inquiries, work as a room attendant when needed, be aware of guest satisfaction scores, follow sustainability guidelines, practice safe work habits, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
