Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain private club rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure that all amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and refreshments, are fully stocked and readily available for guests
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the private club in a positive light
