About The Position

We are seeking a House Attendant to join our team in the Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation industry. As a House Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. You will work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are kept in top condition.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a hotel or resort setting
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Ability to speak multiple languages

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens
  • Restock guest room supplies, such as towels and toiletries
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
