This opportunity is for a House Person responsible for cleaning and maintaining public hotel areas according to established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. The role involves greeting and acknowledging guests, inspecting assigned areas and performing cleaning tasks, collecting and disposing of trash, vacuuming and dusting guest corridors, handling linen, reporting maintenance issues, maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest areas, and responding to guest inquiries and assistance. The position also requires working as a room attendant when staffing shortages occur or during peak periods. Awareness of guest satisfaction scores and working towards increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction is expected. Adherence to sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program, as well as practicing safe work habits, wearing protective safety equipment, and following MSDS and OSHA standards, are crucial. The ultimate goal is to ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by management.
