The House Attendant (also referred to as House Person) is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public hotel areas in accordance with established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, inspecting and cleaning assigned areas, managing trash and linen, reporting maintenance issues, ensuring cleanliness and organization of guest areas, responding to guest inquiries, and assisting as a room attendant during peak periods or staffing shortages. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, adherence to HHM’s EarthView sustainability program, and practicing safe work habits following MSDS and OSHA standards.
