About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated House Attendant to support the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas throughout the property. This role plays an essential part in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting overall housekeeping operations.

Ability to work efficiently while managing multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
Clear and courteous communication skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to understand and promptly execute instructions
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push carts up to 250 pounds
Comfortable moving furniture and operating lift equipment when required

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize restrooms and public areas throughout the hotel
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and towels
Remove trash and debris; vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces
Clean and sanitize counters, sinks, toilets, partitions, and other fixtures
Deliver and stock housekeeping supplies in designated storage areas
Distribute clean linens and transport soiled linens to appropriate areas
Assist with loading and unloading laundry deliveries
Strip guest rooms of dirty linens and towels as needed
Clean and organize housekeeping closets on all floors
Vacuum guest hallways daily or as directed
Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, lobby, hallways, and other public areas
Move furniture and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned
Report maintenance concerns, carpet stains, and repair needs to leadership
Support other departments, including returning glassware and assisting with operational needs
Perform other duties as assigned.
