About The Position

The Hourly Technician at Honda of Danbury, part of the Penske Automotive Group, is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on vehicles according to factory and dealership specifications. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.
• Ensure customers have a world-class service experience during vehicle repairs.
• Provide technical knowledge and expertise to repair and maintain vehicles to the highest standards.
• Communicate technical information regarding customer vehicles to Service Advisors clearly and effectively.
• Comply with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work.
• Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations.
