Partnering with Greek Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, the menu features shareable dishes like grilled octopus, moussaka, and slow-roasted lamb—marine-fresh, bold, and wholesome. We are actively hiring for both front-of-house and back-of-house positions! Requirements
- 1–3+ years experience in high-volume or upscale restaurants
