About The Position
As an Hourly Supervisor at our Copperas Cove, TX location, you will take on a pivotal role within the store, responsible for overseeing an entire area and ensuring that associates look to you for leadership, direction, training, and support. Your primary accountability will include maintaining merchandise availability, upholding department standards, and driving the financial performance of your designated area. This position is not just about managing tasks; it’s about fostering a positive work environment where your team can thrive and deliver exceptional customer service. You will have the full support of your fellow team leads, coaches, and the store manager, ensuring that you are never alone in your responsibilities. We also provide additional specialized training through local Academies, which will equip you with essential skills ranging from leadership to effective department management. This comprehensive training program is designed to help you grow in your role and prepare you for future opportunities within the company. In addition to competitive pay, which ranges from $16.00 to $36.00 per hour, you will have access to performance-based incentive awards and a variety of benefits aimed at enhancing your overall well-being.
