About The Position
As an Hourly Supervisor at our Kapolei, HI location, you will take on a pivotal role within the store, overseeing an entire area and ensuring that associates look to you for leadership, direction, training, and support. Your responsibilities will include maintaining merchandise availability, upholding department standards, and driving the financial performance of your area. This position is designed for individuals seeking more responsibility, higher pay, and greater opportunities for advancement. You will not be alone in this endeavor; you will have the full support of fellow team leads, coaches, and the store manager. Additionally, we provide specialized training through local Academies, equipping you with essential skills ranging from leadership to effective department management. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring customer satisfaction by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries. You will tour your area regularly to ensure it meets customer expectations and work collaboratively with team associates to accomplish tasks efficiently. Planning and preparing for upcoming events that may impact your area will also be part of your responsibilities. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey directions at all levels and translate them into actionable tasks. Basic math skills will be necessary to maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that your area is well-stocked and organized. We offer competitive pay, with an hourly wage range of $16.00 to $36.00, along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
