About The Position

We are The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald's Franchises in the United States! We own and operate 38 McDonald's restaurants throughout the Beaumont and Houston areas. We are looking for experienced, and driven leaders at the shift manager level who want to grow their career into more. McDonald's experience is not required but is a definite plus.

Requirements

• A proven track record of leading a team
• Previous management experience
• Hungry leaders ready to jump in and own operations
• A customer service approach with the ability to limit and manage complaints with professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
• Availability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
