About The Position

The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald's franchises in the United States, is seeking experienced and driven leaders at the shift manager level who are eager to grow their careers. While McDonald's experience is not required, it is a definite plus. This position involves leading a team, ensuring food safety procedures, managing inventory and quality control, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing safety and security protocols. Shift managers will also be responsible for scheduling and training team members.

Requirements

• A proven track record of leading a team
• Previous management experience
• Hungry leaders ready to jump in and own operations
• A customer service approach with the ability to limit and manage complaints with professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
• Availability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
