About The Position
The Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) serves as the Shift Leader in a Burger King restaurant, focusing on achieving sales and profit results while ensuring excellent guest service and operational efficiency. The HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing restaurant operations during assigned shifts and directly oversees a team of Team Members.
