Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a clear speaking voice.
• Must be a native English speaker or supremely fluent in English.
• Must be computer literate and willing to follow set procedures.
• Must be willing to communicate with people over the phone.
• Must participate in a short, unpaid training/interview before starting work.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting important research for UW, state and federal agencies.
• Work with a user-friendly CATI (Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing) system.
• Contact people by phone and go over a list of questions appearing on the computer screen.
• Enter the responses on the computer.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information gathered for the survey.
