Requirements

• Enrolled UW College Student
• Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of current consumer technology

Nice To Haves

• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
• Basic computing skills
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate solutions
• Work with cash amounts up to $100

Responsibilities

• Provide basic computer support and assist users with printing and software problems.
• Troubleshoot account, quota, and email problems for lab users.
• Keep labs clean/orderly, collect lost/found items, and maintain records of print deposits.
• Can complete exams and optional training to earn raises.
• Additional printing abilities, ability to do homework while on duty, on-campus employment, scheduling around classes (including 1 hour shifts), same schedule for whole semester, flexible time off, ability to pick up additional shifts beyond regular schedule.
