Requirements

Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to meet safety standards
Effective communication skills.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Detail oriented and neatly organized.

Nice To Haves

Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)
Ensure that measurements match order and adjust anything if necessary.
Inspect products for any defects or damage.
Use accurate equipment/tools to complete assigned duties.
Follow work instructions to finish the product according to customer requirements to ensure quality is at or above acceptable standards.
Other duties as assigned.
