Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Experience in manufacturing/production environment.
Detail oriented and neatly organized.
Be able to work in a team and fast paced environment.
Be able to lift at least 50lbs.
Ability to meet safety standards.

Past experience working in manufacturing positions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up Bander and follow instructions on the print.
Adhere to all Genesis safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as any other governing entities. (Including but not limited to always wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.)
Inspect product for any damage or defects that may need any repairing.
Adjust when needed and pay great attention to detail.
Continue banding until order is complete.
Make sure production meets quality standards.
