About The Position

Beef O Brady's is seeking an Hourly Manager for our award-winning Family Sports Pub in Ocala. To succeed, you should be able to lead a team to: Deliver great food, prepared to company standards Ensure adherence to all food safety standards Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization Participate in weekly/monthly inventories Maintain budgeted food cost Write weekly kitchen schedules Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards Love people? Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
  • Minimum 21 years or older
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
  • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
