Training is provided for those new to management or pizza making. Assistant Managers may be asked to work at nearby locations. The role involves working 4 days per week, including some weekends, with flexible day or night shifts available. Day shifts run from 9 am to 4-7 pm, and night shifts from 3-7 pm to around 1 am. The Assistant Manager is accountable for all shift operations, including people, operations, sales, and profits, and is responsible for team safety, training, and culture, leading by example and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.
