About The Position
The Hourly Lunchroom Aide at Fletcher-Maynard Academy is responsible for overseeing the activities of school children in the cafeteria under the supervision of the administration. The aide will monitor for unsafe actions, promote good manners, and ensure that tables are cleared and cleaned after meals. They will guide children in properly disposing of waste and may assist in distributing lunch materials. If overseeing special needs children, the aide is required to provide special care to help these individuals eat and navigate the cafeteria, and may receive limited training for this role.
