About the position
We’re looking for a passionate Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team in Mooresville! If you love working outdoors, have leadership experience, and enjoy hands-on landscaping, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in mowing, mulching, planting sod, and maintaining beautiful landscapes
- Oversee irrigation systems (bonus if you’ve got experience!)
- Manage weed/pest control and keep everything running smoothly
- Keep the team motivated and on track to hit daily goals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of landscaping experience (leadership experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license required
- Irrigation experience a bonus!
