Reports to the FP&A Analyst. Supports the Executive Chef and the Chef Team with daily BOH operations Collects and distributes recipes and ingredients between outlets Enters and maintains recipes in Eataly’s database software Guides the Chefs on ordering, tracking costs, and completing Interglobo Orders if urgent Maintains order guides, logs, transfer sheets, and SOPs for BOH outlets Oversees monthly inventories: assists Chef Team in counting products, entering data into our systems, analyzing gaps Manages relationships with vendors, assesses credits and shorts, and works with Inventory Control to resolve issues Receives Purchase Orders from other stores and processes orders for shipment Acts as a liaison between all inter-store departments and BOH Performs other duties as required or assigned Hourly Rate: $25.00
