Responsibilities Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) is an ongoing mail/telephone survey of residents who have recently given birth to a live-born infant. The PRAMS project is used to collect information from residents about behaviors and experiences before, during, and after pregnancy. The goal of the PRAMS project is to provide information to support research and guide policy changes and interventions that improve maternal and infant health and reduce adverse outcomes such as infant low birth weight and maternal and infant morbidity and mortality. PRAMS phone interviews with respondents are essential to maintaining survey response rates and obtaining quality data. The Hourly Interviewer I will be responsible for performing phone interviewing; assisting with interviewing operations including coordinating with PRAMS staff to schedule and carry out interview appointments; performing data entry and survey validation activities; and assisting with survey mailing activities and preparing documents for IRB protocol maintenance.
