Job Summary: Under general supervision, to perform a variety of duties and tasks related to the protection of life, limb and property, including law enforcement and crime prevention work; inherent in this work is the investigation of crime and forceful apprehension of criminal suspects. This hourly (part-time) position will typically be scheduled to work 40 hours in a pay period (two-week timeframe), generally a 1 week on, 1 week off schedule. This is a non-represented, classified position. Must be a certified Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Wisconsin or, have been employed as a Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Wisconsin within the last 48 months
