Competitive hourly pay Flexible schedules Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive team-oriented work environment Employee discounts and perks What You'll Do: Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service Train and develop employees to meet company standards Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude What You'll Need: 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays ServSafe certification is a plus but not required Villa Restaurant Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer! Requirements

  • 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred)
