About The Position
The Hotels and Hospitality Summer 2025 Internship at JLL offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the commercial real estate field, specifically within the hotel real estate industry. Interns will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment, collaborating closely with real estate analysts, transaction professionals, and other associates. This internship is designed to provide valuable insights into the industry while allowing interns to contribute meaningfully to the team's efforts. Interns will assist analysts by conducting research, writing reports, and analyzing market information. The role involves a variety of tasks, including reviewing historical profit and loss statements, conducting STR analyses, and preparing market research. Interns will also be responsible for obtaining and analyzing market statistics, researching demographics and traffic counts, and assisting in the due diligence process. Additionally, they will value listings and proposed listings using Excel, review and summarize ground leases, and assist in the design and preparation of marketing materials such as teasers and books. The internship will also require the creation of charts and other graphic materials to support the team's objectives. This position is ideal for detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals who can thrive in a high-energy environment. Interns will have the chance to develop their analytical, writing, and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
