About The Position
The Hilton Kansas City Airport is an upscale hotel that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our hotel is located just three miles south of the KCI Airport and features 347 guest rooms, an extensive 25,000 square feet of meeting space, and superior food and beverage options, including Starbucks. The position is part-time, requiring flexibility to work either a morning shift from 5:30 AM to 1:00 PM or an evening shift from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM, including weekends. The pay is $8.25 per hour plus tips, and we offer great benefits to our employees. You will be responsible for greeting, preparing, and serving drinks according to HEI Hotels and Resorts beverage service standards, while complying with all state, federal, and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages. You will also prepare your station for readiness before and after each shift, follow cash handling and bank operating procedures, and perform side work duties as scheduled. Attendance and availability to work regularly are essential, along with the ability to perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
