Requirements
- A passion for guest service and hospitality
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 3 years)
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to complete a background check
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive at the resort
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a fast-paced, luxury setting
- Manage traffic flow at the grand hotel entrance
- Provide directions, answer guest questions, and offer local insights
- Maintain a clean, welcoming valet area
- Communicate clearly with teammates and support smooth operations
- Arrive on time, in uniform, ready to deliver exceptional service
