We are seeking a Hotel Valet & Bellman who is warm, professional, and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you'll provide both valet and bell services-greeting guests, assisting with luggage, parking vehicles safely, and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, guest-facing work and takes pride in providing exceptional service that reflects AvantStay's brand standards.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, providing attentive and professional assistance.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, following all property and safety procedures.
Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings, ensuring proper handling and delivery to guest rooms.
Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities, property features, and services.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle keys and guest information.
Keep valet and bell areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Support the front desk team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
Provide directions, recommendations, and information about AvantStay properties and local attractions.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
Uphold AvantStay's brand image and service standards at all times.
