The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests with an attentive, friendly, and efficient demeanor. This role primarily involves the prompt and safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, as well as assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up during arrival and departure. The associate is expected to maintain a professional and friendly presence, acknowledging and greeting guests, using their last names, and employing proper phone etiquette. Key responsibilities also include providing directions, information about hotel amenities and local attractions, delivering messages and guest amenities, and shuttling guests as approved. The role requires explaining parking rates and procedures, managing claim checks, meticulously completing and maintaining all ticket information (key tags, guest folios, vehicle location, damage surveys), and handling revenue collection when necessary.
