About The Position

Courtyard is looking for a Barista that is responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements

• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages, although advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing and flavor differences, can be helpful.
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages.
• Take customer orders and process payments.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization.
