By supervising hourly associates, managing daily processes, and fostering solid client partnerships, the Manager helps drive consistent results and positive customer experience. The primary objective is to safeguard and grow each account by meeting clients’ expectations, delivering excellent service, achieving defined performance targets, and sourcing leads to our Sales Team.
