Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor hotel premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors.
• Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible and vigilant presence in all public and private areas of the hotel.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly and professionally.
• Enforce hotel rules and regulations, ensuring guests, staff, and visitors comply with safety and security standards.
• Provide assistance to guests, employees, and visitors when necessary, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment.
• Conduct security inspections and checks of entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, disturbances, or suspicious activity and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
