The Hotel Sales & Events Coordinator supports the sales and events department by coordinating deployed group bookings, social room blocks, assisting with event planning and execution, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and hotel departments. This role is critical in delivering exceptional guest experiences by executing successful meetings, events, and group stays. Additional responsibilities include providing project and administrative support to the hotel Sales Director and Sales Manager. As a member of the hotel’s sales/catering team, the Sales & Events Coordinator will be expected to assist with a variety of duties when needed. Therefore, a team-oriented, all hands-on deck mentality is a necessity for success in this role.
